The CLCLT Program Associate will be an integral part of the CLCLT team, reporting to the Operations Director. The Program Associate will support all CLCLT program areas. The physical duties associated with this position are consistent with duties associated with work performed in an office setting. This position description serves only as an overview of anticipated day-to-day responsibilities of the position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Support

Facilitate general administrative tasks (e.g., manage organization’s main telephone line, process mail, document payments, and generate correspondence as needed).

Respond to initial email, in-person and telephone inquiries; distribute inquiries to colleagues as needed.

Coordinate weekly staff meetings and agendas.

Support Executive Director with Board and Committee meetings.

Assist Executive Director with donor stewardship communication and recognition.

Perform membership-related data entry and create/run reports of individual donations.

Support program-specific data entry as needed.

Assist Finance Director with Loan Administration.
-
Assist Finance Director with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Assist Education Manager with buyer orientation follow up.
Office Management
-
Oversee office supply inventory and purchases.
-
Coordinate any office maintenance requirements.

Assist Operations Director with property management.
Other Responsibilities
-
Participate in a minimum of three CLCLT-sponsored special events per year.

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
-
Demonstrated experience in an office setting, with hands-on experience involving Microsoft Office 365, office coordination, and administrative correspondence.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent writing skills and experience with generating correspondence.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as needed for work-related meetings and special events.

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for the purpose of assisting with special events.
