City of Lakes Community Land Trust

Volunteer!

The City of Lakes Community Land Trust (CLCLT) is a small, maturing organization with many volunteer opportunities that will make a significant impact in the organization.

There are numerous opportunities to volunteer with the CLCLT:

Be a volunteer presenter at one of our Post Purchase Education sessions, Homebuyer Education courses, or CLT orientations. If you are a realtor, lender or other housing professional - give us a call, we would love benefit from your expertise and experience.

Become a member of the Board. In the 4th quarter each year, at CLCLT's annual meeting, new board members are elected to the board. Contact our office to receive information and an application.

Volunteer for events. We always need help at CLCLT events. From the Annual Meeting in the Fall to various housing fairs to presenting at neighborhoods and churches, we appreciate assistance spreading the word on how the CLT works and the benefits it brings to Minneapolis.

Your professional expertise. Think about how your day-to-day activities can contribute to building a bigger and better CLT for Minneapolis.
