
Rose Carr joined the CLCLT in September of 2009 and serves as a Program Manager working with buyers during the qualification and closing process, and CLCLT communications.
Prior to her work with the CLCLT, Rose worked as an intern at the Twin Cities Local Initiatives Support Corporation and graduated with a Masters degree in Public Policy with a focus on neighborhood revitalization from the University of Minnesota. She also has BA from DePaul University in Public Policy with a minor in journalism. Rose’s background includes tutoring, research, writing, affordable housing, and fundraising. Other than her work at the CLCLT, she is involved with a non-profit, Organic Health Response, committed to addressing the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS among the remote island communities of Lake Victoria in Western Kenya. Rose lives in Minneapolis.
