Last week we were able to assist the 150th household achieve homeownership in Minneapolis.  Seldom do I allow myself to take a moment to reflect on these significant organizational achievements, let alone take necessary stock after each and every closing.  It’s important to acknowledge and appreciate all of the individuals, funders, and organizational partners who assist in realizing the dream of homeownership for households assisted in homeownership via the CLCLT.

Pause.  Reflect.  Appreciate.  150 homeowners, over $7 million in publically stewarded affordability assets, and dozens of stories demonstrating impact in countless ways is huge.  Thank you to everyone who’s contributed to the growth of the CLCLT from a concept 10 years ago to the accomplishments of today.
