Presentation and discussion targeted toward CLCLT homeowners and other homeowners. Session to be held at CLCLT offices - 2017 East 38th Street, Mpls. The CLCLT is ultimately controlled by its members. All CLCLT residents are members, and other people in the community may also join.

Have a say in the direction of the CLCLT through voting at the annual membership meeting.

The City of Lakes Community Land Trust (CLCLT) is an excellent charitable investment. The CLCLT is established as a federally tax-exempt charity under Section 501(c)(3) which entitles the donor to income tax deductions and other significant tax advantages.
