Post Purchase Training: Home Owners Protecting Equity (HOPE) In this three-hour course, new homeowners learn about the financial opportunities and responsibilities of their new homes and are shown how to make the necessary maintenance and repairs to protect their equity on their low to moderate incomes. This three-hour class is held twice a month in Northside NHS offices at the following location: 1501 Dupont Avenue North Minneapolis, MN 55411

The Home Depot Weekly how to Clinics
From installing a ceiling fan to decorating your windows, free National Clinics from The Home Depot will teach you how to create projects that will improve the look and value of your home. Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Programs
Provide counseling and referrals to additional resources and, in some cases, financial assistance to families facing foreclosure. They work with families who have or are in imminent danger of falling behind with their payments. Organizations that offer this program are:

CLCLT Annual Picnic

CLCLT held it's 2nd Annual picnic on July 1, 2006 at the Franklin Station Townhomes East Courtyard
(between 24th and 25th Streets, in the Phillips Neighborhood) development. We celebrated homeownership and building community with food, fun and prizes.
