Buyer Information

The CLCLT works to make homeownership affordable for individuals and families.

The CLCLT offers condos, townhomes and single-family homes for sale at below-market prices for qualified buyers. The CLCLT also has the Homebuyer Initiated Program (HIP), which provides grants for qualified buyers to put toward the purchase and rehab of a single-family home in Minneapolis.
